📹 How to Edit Your Video Generations in Caimera


You've created your videos in Caimera, now it's time to polish them up. The Caimera Video Editor lets you trim, rearrange, duplicate, and delete clips directly inside the platform, no extra tools needed, so every video feels exactly right before you download it.


Step 1: Navigate to the Video tool from the home page.

Step 2: Click on the video you wish to edit in the 'History' section.


Step 2: Select the video you want to edit from the “History” section.



Step 3: Click on the video clips bar at the bottom. Use the scrubber (the red line) to move through the timeline and preview different parts of your clips.

How to Trim Clips:


Trimming lets you cut down a clip to keep only the parts that matter. This is useful when you want to remove unwanted frames from the beginning or end of a clip.


Click on the specific clip you want to select. Then click the Cut tool (scissors icon on the left side of the timeline) to trim the clip at your desired point.

How to Re-arrange Clips / Change the flow of your video:


Changing the order of your clips lets you control the narrative flow and pacing of your video. Rearranging is as simple as dragging and dropping.


Click on a clip and drag it to a new position on the timeline to change its order.

How to Remove Clips from a video:


If a clip no longer fits your vision, you can remove it from the timeline without affecting the rest of your video.


In the timeline section at the bottom, select the clip you want to delete.Right-click on the clip to open the options menu, then choose “Delete.”


Step 1: Right-click on a clip and select “Delete” to remove it.


How to Duplicate Clips from a video:


Duplicating a clip is helpful when you want to reuse a moment — for emphasis, looping, or building longer sequences without regenerating.


In the timeline section at the bottom, select the clip you want to copy. Right-click on the clip to open the options menu, then choose "Duplicate."


Step 1: Right-click on a clip and select “Duplicate” to copy it.


Downloading Your Final Video


Once you're happy with your edits, click the 'Download' button in the top-right corner to save your final video.


Step 4: Click “Download” to save your final edited video.
