FAQs - Video Tool (VooDoo / Move)

Q: What is the Video tool?
A: Caimera’s Video tool (VooDoo, previously Move) adds motion to images and stitches multiple clips together to create a dynamic video. You start from one or more images, review an auto-generated storyboard, then generate the clips and edit them on a timeline.

Q: What image formats are supported?
A: PNG, JPG, and WEBP file formats.

Q: What are the image size requirements?

  • Minimum resolution: 1024px

All images in one video must have identical dimensions. For example, banner shots and portrait shots cannot be mixed in a single video. Even minor differences in image dimensions will prevent successful video creation.

Q: Which video models are available?
A:

  • Kling 2.6 Pro (default): fixed 5-second clips.
  • Kling 3.0 Pro: clips from 3 to 15 seconds, with optional audio.

Q: How is the cost of a video calculated?
A: Credits are charged per clip, based on the model, clip duration and whether audio is enabled. As a guide:

  • Kling 2.6 Pro → about 6 credits per 5-second clip
  • Kling 3.0 Pro → about 9 credits per 5-second clip, scaling with the duration you choose
  • Adding audio increases the cost of a clip

Storyboards are free. The exact cost is shown before you click Generate, and only the clips you regenerate are charged again. If a clip fails, its credits are refunded automatically. See Credits Usage for the full table.

Q: Are there limits on how many videos I can generate?
A: Each plan includes a monthly allowance of video seconds (for example 60s on Mini, 175s on Starter, 500s on Pro), on top of which you can use your credit balance. Check Pricing for your plan’s inclusions.
