Your Caimera Library: Manage Generations, References, Products & Brands

Everything you make and upload in Caimera now lives in one place: Library. Instead of hunting across the app for a generation you made last week, a moodboard you uploaded once, or a brand's color palette, you'll find it all under four tabs: Generations, References, Products, and Brands.

This article walks through what each tab does and how to use it.

What's in your Library?

  • Generations — every image and video your workspace has ever generated, in one feed, grouped by month.
  • References — every reference or material image you've uploaded anywhere in Caimera (prompt panel, agent chats, tech packs, Upload & Edit, Print Designer, Sketch to Image, mood references), saved automatically so you never have to hunt for that fabric swatch or moodboard shot twice.
  • Products — the products you've uploaded, with the same search, filters, and add-product flow you're used to. (The old /products link now redirects here.)
  • Brands — your brand profiles, with each brand's colors, fonts, and a screenshot of its website.

Generations

Click the Library icon in the left navigation rail. The rail sits collapsed as a slim column of icons and expands when you move your pointer over it, so you can read the labels. This opens the Library page, which defaults to the Generations tab.

Browse your Generations

The Generations tab shows every image and video your whole workspace has generated, grouped by date. Use the filter bar to narrow things down:

  • All time — pick a date range
  • All users — filter by teammate
  • All Types — filter by asset type (image or video)
  • Saved only — show just the ones you've saved

Fliter to Manage Generations in Library Tool

Two shortcuts worth knowing: hover any tile and click the Open icon to jump straight back into the editor that made it, with the original prompt already selected.

💡 Pro tip: You can also bulk select, delete, and favorite your generations directly from the Generations tab. This makes it easy to organize generations from all your Caimera tools in one place. Downloading from your Library

Select one or more items and click Download on the selection bar. This opens the same download options popover you get in Editorial Images:

  • Format and quality — choose PNG or JPEG, and set the quality for JPEG.
  • Add AI disclosure — bake a disclosure mark into the image. You can pick the official AI disclosure (EU) labels (AI, AI generated, or AI modified) drawn into the bottom-left corner, or a text watermark in your own wording. You choose one or the other, not both. Leave Colour on Auto and Caimera picks the black or white version that stands out against that corner of your image, or pin Black or White so every image matches.
  • Add image metadata — embed XMP subject keywords so disclosure information travels with the file. The keywords are editable and comma-separated.
  • Send it somewhere else — the same popover can save your selection to Google Drive, GlobalEdit, or Bynder instead of your disk.

Videos included in your selection pick up the disclosure text too. If your workspace watermarks Editorial downloads, Library downloads carry the same mark.

References

The References tab stores multiple reference images that you may want to reuse whenever you’re creating or styling products. You can keep frequently used styling references, color references, garment swatches, fabric swatches, moodboards, or other reference images saved here, so they’re always available when you need them.

Once uploaded, your references are saved and accessible across all Caimera tools, allowing you to quickly reuse them without re-uploading.

How to Add a new reference

Click Upload references in the top-right corner, then choose a file from your computer.

A couple of handy details: you can also just paste an image (⌘V / Ctrl+V) straight into the prompt panel or an agent chat, and it's added as a reference automatically, eliminating the need to save images to your desktop first.. And if you upload the same image twice, Caimera detects the duplicate and keeps just one copy in your library.

Products

The Products tab lets you search for products that have been added to the app through the Editorial Tool by SKU name.

Please note: The Products tab only displays products that were added to the app through the Editorial Tool.

Open a product to edit the product details

Hover any product tile and click the pencil (edit) icon to open its details.

How to Add an Image or Edit Details for an Existing Product

Inside the product editor, click Add Image to attach or replace a product photo.

Click on the product name to rename the product or update its SKU name. Under Product Category, you can also add Custom Styling to describe the specific fit and silhouette of your garment.

For example, if you’re working with an oversized top, an A-line skirt, or denim with a specific fit, you can add those details here. Caimera uses this information as part of the custom styling instructions to help generate more accurate garment fits and proportions.

This option is available for all product categories.

Brands

The Brands tab contains all the brands you’ve added to Caimera, along with the key information the AI uses to understand and represent each brand — including brand details, descriptions, colors, typography, photography style, and other brand assets.

You can view your existing brands or add a new brand directly from here. Once added, your brands can be selected wherever the Brand filter is available across the app. This allows you to retrieve brand assets, get personalized template recommendations in the Editorial Tool, use brand-specific templates, and apply your brand assets to image and video generations throughout Caimera.

How to Add a new brand

Click + Add Brand, then enter the brand's name and website URL. Caimera scrapes the site's colors, fonts, and photography style automatically and saves it as a brand profile you can apply to future generations.

With the Library, everything you create, upload, and manage in Caimera is organized in one place. Whether you’re looking for a past generation, reference image, product, or brand, you can quickly find and reuse your assets across the app without having to start from scratch.

Use Generations to manage your workspace outputs, References to keep frequently used visual references handy, Products to manage your product details and images, and Brands to store and apply your brand information and assets. Together, these tools make it easier to keep your creative workflow organized and move faster across Caimera.

FAQs

  1. Where do my References come from?

Any image you upload anywhere in Caimera — the prompt panel, agent chats, tech packs, Upload & Edit, Print Designer, Sketch to Image, or a mood reference — is saved to your References tab automatically. Nothing extra to do.

  1. Do I need to re-upload a reference image if I've already added it to the app?

No. Once an image is in your References or Products tab, it's available from the Add from Library option on every upload surface in the app.

  1. What if I accidentally upload the same reference twice?

Caimera detects duplicates automatically and keeps a single copy in your library, so you won't end up with clutter.

  1. Can I act on more than one generation at a time?

Yes. Open the menu on any generation and choose Select to enter select mode with that item already chosen, then pick additional items for bulk actions.

  1. How is the Generations tab organized?

By month, newest first, so you can scrub back through your workspace's history. Use the filter bar to narrow by teammate, date range, or asset type, or check Saved only to see just what you've saved.

  1. Who can see what's in the Library?

Generations and Products are shared across your whole workspace — anyone on the team can filter by teammate to see just their own uploads or generations.

  1. Can I add an AI disclosure label when downloading from the Library?

Yes. Tick Add AI disclosure in the download options popover and choose either an official EU label or your own text watermark. You can also tick Add image metadata to embed XMP keywords in the file.
