How to Save, Select, and Manage Generations in Bulk on Caimera

Building on the foundation of how Caimera stores and organizes your creations in your history and Library, managing those assets efficiently keeps your workspace clean. This guide walks you through favoriting individual generations and performing bulk actions like downloading, sorting, and deleting multiple items at once.

Viewing Your Complete History in the Library Tool

Access the Library directly from the left-hand sidebar to view a comprehensive, bird's-eye archive of every creation generated across all Caimera tools. Narrow down your view using the top filter bar:

Here you'll find every generation you've made, and you can narrow it down using the filters at the top:

• All time – filter by Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.
• All users – see generations from a specific teammate.
• All Types – view generations from just one tool, like Editorial or Sketch to Image.
• Saved only – tick this to show only the generations you've marked as favorites.

Saving Generations to Your Favorites
Marking creations as favorites ensures you can instantly pull them up using the "Saved only" filter without digging through your entire history.

• Hover over any generated image, video, or design asset in your Library or tool-specific History panel.
• Click the ♡ heart icon located directly on the asset to instantly add it to your saved collection.
• Verification: The heart icon will highlight, and ticking the "Saved only" filter checkbox in your Library or workflow panel will immediately display the item.

Managing Multiple Generations in Bulk

When working with large batches of images, videos, or catalog jobs, handling them one by one slows down your workflow. Caimera allows you to select and manage multiple items simultaneously.

• Click Select all at the top of your view to grab everything currently displayed, or manually click the selection box on individual generations.
• Review the floating toolbar that automatically appears at the bottom of your screen once selections are active.
• Choose from the available batch actions:
• • Download: Export all selected assets directly to your local device.
  • Save to favorites: Bulk-add multiple creations to your saved favorites list.
  • Send to Portal: Route selected assets into an existing client portal or create a brand-new one for sharing.
  • Delete: Remove unwanted generations from your history entirely.
• Verification: A confirmation notification will appear at the bottom of the screen confirming that the bulk action was successfully applied to your chosen items.

Combining these bulk actions with the search and filter options detailed in the main history guide keeps your creative pipeline organized from start to finish.
