📝 What Is Brand Canvas?

Brand Canvas is Caimera's built-in overlay suite for adding elements like logos and text styling. In digital storytelling, your brand identity is your most valuable asset. 

Adding a custom logo or watermark to your video content establishes instant brand recognition, builds trust with your audience, and ensures your content remains uniquely yours, no matter where it is shared across the web.

It lets you finalize on-brand visuals without leaving the platform.

 Our built-in tools allow you to seamlessly overlay your brand assets directly onto your generated videos in just a few clicks. Here is how easy it is to keep your content professional and completely on-brand.

How to Add a Logo to Your Image

Step 1: Select your image. Open the tool containing the image you want to brand, then select the image.

Step 2: Open Brand Canvas. Click the T button on the left panel sidebar.

Step 3: Choose the Logo tab. Click Add Brand Asset, then select the Logo option.

Step 4: Select or upload your logo.

• Use the brand dropdown to select a pre-configured brand.
• Upload a custom watermark logo.
• Use the logo Caimera automatically pulls from your website.

Step 5: Add logo to canvas. Select your logo file and click Add Logo to Canvas.

Step 6: Position your logo. Drag the logo to place it. Click the delete (bin) icon to remove it.

Step 7: Save your layer. Click Save Changes. Your logo becomes a new brand canvas layer. Toggle between layers to compare before and after. 

How to Add Text to Your Image

Step 1: Open the Text tab. In Brand Canvas, switch to the Text option next to Logo.

Step 2: Add text. Click Add Text to Canvas and type your message.

Step 3: Style your text. Customize font, color, highlight, and weight using the design controls.

Step 4: Position and save. Drag the text box to your desired location, then click Save Changes to create a new text layer.

How to Manage Layers

• Toggle between layers to view different overlays.
• Each saved change creates a new brand canvas layer.
• To remove an overlay, delete its layer.

How to Upscale and Download

Step 1: Upscale. Click the Upscale icon (arrow) on the left panel. Select your target resolution and click Apply. The upscaled image appears as a new layer.

Step 2: Download. Select the upscaled layer, click the download icon, and choose PNG or JPEG.

FAQs about the Brand Canvas Feature: 

• What image formats are supported for logo upload?

PNG and JPEG files are supported. For best results, use a transparent PNG.

• Can I adjust the size and opacity of my logo?

Yes. After adding your logo, use the on-canvas controls to resize and set transparency.

• Does Brand Canvas work on bulk/catalog generations?

Brand Canvas is currently available on individual image editing workflows within Editorial, Upload & Edit, Sketch to Image, and Extract Product.

• Can I edit or delete a brand canvas layer after saving?

Yes. Open the layer panel and select the brand canvas layer you want to modify or delete.

• Will adding a logo or text affect the original image?

No. The original image remains untouched. Brand Canvas creates overlay layers that you can toggle on and off.
