Unable to Visit Brand Website

At times we are unable to visit the brand website and you will see an error while adding the brand url.

This is usually due to security measures on the website that prevent our AI or automated systems from visiting the website.

A workaround to this problem is to create a reference moodboard on Pinterest and add that as the brand URL.

Where to add or retry a brand website

Brand profiles live in your Library. Open Library → Brands from the left navigation rail, then use + Add Brand to enter the brand's name and website URL. Caimera scrapes the site's colours, typography and photography style and saves it as a brand profile.

If the scrape fails, you can still click into the brand to view or edit its details by hand — colours, fonts and description — so the brand remains usable across Editorial Images, templates, and brand assets even without a successful website scrape.
