How to Style Multiple Products in One Image (Editorial Workflow)

Caimera'a Editorial Images tool lets you create everything from catalog and on-model shots to product stills and creative editorial images, all in one place.

While the Editorial tool is super easy to use, here’s a quick step-by-step tutorial on how to make the most of it. You can style one product at a time, or bring multiple products together in a single image to create a complete look.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to style up to 3 products in one image — for example, a jacket, bag, and pair of sneakers on the same model — and tell Caimera exactly where you want each product to appear.

You can put up to 3 products in a single Editorial image — a jacket, a bag and a pair of sneakers on the same model — and tell Caimera exactly where each one goes.

Step-by-step

Step 1: Open the Editorial Images tool and open the product picker.

Step 1: Open the Editorial Images tool

Step 2: Select up to 3 product images across any products in your library. The picker scrolls smoothly even in workspaces with hundreds of products.

Need something that isn't in your library yet? Use Add a new product inside the picker — the Upload and Add from URL tabs sit side by side, so you can scrape a product page without leaving the app. Here's Ways to Upload Your Product Image to Caimera’s Editorial Tool

Step 2: Select up to 3 product images

Step 3: Select a model from your library in the same step, to keep a consistent face and body across shoots.

Step 3: Select a model

Step 4: Set your engine (Fast, Pro or Max), output resolution (1K / 2K / 4K) and aspect ratio — all before the shoot starts. The credit cost is shown live on the Generate button and updates as you switch engine or resolution.

Step 4: Set your engine and output resolution

Step 5 (optional): After your image is generated, you can manually edit the prompt to specify how you want to style and place multiple products.

Type $ in the Model Prompt or Background Prompt to see an autocomplete list of your selected products (and your attached model). Select a product to insert its token directly into the prompt. For example:

This helps Caimera understand which product should go where, rather than leaving the placement to guesswork.

If you're working with multiple products and want to describe the styling in more detail, you can manually edit the prompt and add the specific placement or styling instructions you want.

Add or remove a product from the picker and your prompt updates automatically — the matching $ references stay in sync with your selection.

Step 5: Show prompts feature

Step 5.1: Model prompt Edit

Step 6: Click Generate. All three products are rendered into the scene together.

Step 6: Click Generate

Step 7: Refine your image with Edit Image feature — adjust the fit, reposition an item, fix hands, change the pose or expression, or add styling details. Then upscale the version you like.

To get precise edits, you can use the Draw & Edit feature. With this, you can click on the scribble icon in Edit Image tool to select specific areas of an image and edit them using prompts. You can use it to add text, style elements, or add/remove objects in the image, among other edits.

Step 7: Upscale your final layer

Styling multiple products against a reference or template

The same 3-product selection works when you're directing the scene with a moodboard or a template:

Step 1: Build your moodboard (up to 8 references, with notes on what to take from each) or pick a template.

Step 1: Build your moodboard

Step 2: Select up to 3 products and an optional model in the product picker.

Step 2: Select up to 3 products

Step 3: Choose engine, resolution and aspect ratio.

Step 4: Generate. Caimera recreates the scene and assigns your products sensibly across the people and surfaces in the reference — and your products are never replaced by anything from the references.

Other Ways to Style Products

Styling multiple products together is one way to create a complete look in Caimera.

Another option is to use the Draw & Edit tool to manually place and style products exactly where you want them. Simply draw over the area you want to edit and describe the product or change you want to make.

Here’s a quick tutorial showing you how to use the Draw & Edit tool to style products on the app or add them to your existing images.

Tips

 • Name your products clearly. You'll be typing $ and picking from a list — "olive-utility-jacket" is easier to place correctly than "Product 4".
 • Be explicit about placement. "held in her left hand", "worn over the shoulder", "on the table beside her" reads better than listing the products.
 • Use the Fit / Size field on each product ("Slim fit", "6 inches") so proportions are right when several items are worn together.
 • Max engine is the one to reach for on complex, multi-product prompts and fine detail.
