How Integrations (Social Agent) works in Caimera

Wondering which post actually landed, or whether Instagram or Pinterest deserves today's content? Social Analytics pulls the numbers from all your connected platforms into one dashboard — and puts a chat agent right next to it so you can just ask. No spreadsheets, no exporting, no digging through native analytics tabs one platform at a time.

What is Integrations (Social Agent)?

Integrations (Social Agent) is a combined performance dashboard plus a conversational agent ("Chat with Caimera") built right into it.

The dashboard shows your totals — posts, reach, engagement, and engagement rate — across every connected platform, with a live feed of your recent posts underneath. The chat agent sits alongside it and answers plain-English questions like "which of my posts got the most likes?" or "give me hashtag suggestions based on my top posts" by actually pulling your data, not guessing.

It currently supports Instagram and Pinterest, with TikTok set to be available soon in the platform filter.

Dashboard Layout

  • Stat cards — Total Posts, Total Reach, Total Engagement, and Avg Engagement Rate, updated with a timestamp and a manual refresh button in the top-right corner.
  • Platform filter — switch between All Platforms, Pinterest, and Instagram to see numbers for just that channel.
  • Time filter — All Time, Last 7 Days, or Last 30 Days.
  • Recent posts feed — each post card shows its platform, likes, reach, and impressions.
  • Chat with Caimera — the conversation panel on the left, with quick-start prompts (Underperforming posts, Compare platforms, Top post by likes, Engagement trend), a running chat history, and a text box to ask anything.

How to Use the Integrations (Social Agent)

Step 1: From the Caimera homepage, scroll to the Marketing section and click the Integrations (Social Agent) Tool.

Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations (Social Agent) Tool

Step 2: Read your combined performance at a glance. Social Agent opens straight into the All Platforms Overview — your totals across every connected account, plus recent posts. Use the platform chips and the time filter along the top to zoom into a single channel or a specific window.

Step 2: Platforms Overview

Step 3: Ask Agent a question. Type your question into the chat box in plain English — no need to phrase it like a query. Try one of the quick-start prompts, or type your own (for example, "give me hashtag suggestions based on my top posts, what should I post today for best reach?"), then hit send.

Step 3: Ask Agent a question.

Step 4: Get an instant, data-backed answer. The agent shows its work as it goes — you'll see it pull your top posts, platform summary, or trend data — then hands back a written breakdown with real numbers (reach, engagement rate, what's actually driving performance) and concrete next steps, like specific hashtags to use or a recommendation on which platform to prioritize today.

Step 4: Get an instant, data-backed answer.

Step 5: Drill into a single platform. Click Pinterest or Instagram in the filter row to see that platform's own totals and post feed — useful when the agent's answer points you toward one channel over another.

Step 5: Drill into a single platform.

Step 6: Revisit past conversations. Click the clock icon at the top of the chat panel to open Chat History. Past sessions are grouped by day. Click the + icon to start a New Session; this starts a fresh conversation without losing the old one.

Step 6: New Session

Step 7: Chat History

With Caimera's Social Agent you don’t need to manually compare numbers across platforms. Use Chat with Caimera to ask questions about your performance and get data-backed insights on what’s working, what isn’t, and where to focus next.

FAQs

  1. Which platforms does Social Analytics support?

Instagram and Pinterest today. TikTok is shown in the platform filter marked "coming soon."

  1. Do I need to connect my social accounts first?

Yes, Social Analytics only shows data for platforms you've connected through Integrations. If a platform isn't linked yet, its numbers won't appear in the dashboard.

  1. I connected the wrong social media account by mistake. How can I disconnect it?

To do this, go to the Social Agent Tool, hover over the connected social platform tab, and click the Disconnect button that appears. The account will be disconnected instantly, and you can reconnect a different account if needed.

  1. Can I just ask a question instead of browsing the dashboard myself?

Yes, that's the point. Type anything into the chat box and the agent runs the analysis for you.

  1. What happens if I navigate away while the agent is still answering?

Nothing is lost. The agent keeps working in the background, saves its answer, and you'll reconnect to it (even mid-stream) when you come back to the chat.

  1. Can the agent's suggestions turn into actual content?

Yes, when the agent recommends an angle (a hashtag set, a POV hook, a caption style), it can offer to hand off to Caimera's image-generation agent to create a visual for it, or draft the caption itself.

  1. How do I go back to an earlier analysis?

Open Chat History from the clock icon at the top of the chat panel — every session from the day is listed there, and you can jump back into any of them.
