How to Sign In to Caimera and Reset your Password

Caimera signs you in with an email link or code by default, so most users never need a password. Enter your email on https://app.caimera.ai, then open the link in the email we send you or type the code shown in it. You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft.

If you prefer a password, or your workspace was set up with one, you can still sign in with a password and reset it at any time using Caimera's OTP-based verification flow. Resetting takes less than 2 minutes.

Follow the steps shown below to reset or change your Caimera workspace password:

Step 1: On https://app.caimera.ai, switch to password sign-in and click on ‘Forgot Password’

Step 1: Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.

Step 2: Enter your email address and click on ‘Send Email OTP’

Step 2: Enter your email address and click “Send Email OTP.”

Step 3: An OTP will be sent to your registered email to verify your email address.

Step 3: Check your inbox for the OTP sent to your registered email.

Step 4: Use the OTP received on email to verify your email address.

Step 4: Open the email and locate the OTP for verification.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received and click on ‘Verify email address’

Step 5: Enter the OTP and click “Verify email address.”

Step 6: Reset your password and click on ‘Reset Password’.Your password is now reset.

Step 6: Set a new password and click “Reset Password.”

Step 7: Sign into by entering your email and updated password and click on ‘Login’.

Step 7: Log in using your email and new password.

✅ You're all set! Your Caimera workspace password has been successfully updated. You can now log in with your new credentials across all your active sessions.

Tip: If you just want to get in quickly, skip the password entirely: enter your email on the sign-in page and use the link or code we email you.
