How to Access Your Caimera Account Using an Email Invite Link

When your team admin adds you to a Caimera workspace, you'll receive an email invitation to get you started. This guide walks you through accepting that invite and signing into your workspace for the first time, the whole process takes under two minutes.


Step 1: Open your inbox and find the email titled "You have been invited to join a Caimera workspace."

Step 2: Click "Accept Invitation." You'll be taken to the onboarding page — confirm your email address and click "Sign in with Email."

Step 3: You'll be redirected to a confirmation page letting you know that a new sign-in link is on its way to your inbox.

Step 4: Head back to your inbox, open the "Sign in to Caimera" email, and click the "Sign in to Caimera" button.


If the button isn't working, copy and paste the URL in the email directly into your browser.

Step 5: You'll be prompted to set up your profile. Enter your name and click "Next."


Step 5: Add your name to the workspace and click 'next'

Step 6: That’s it! You’ll be taken to your workspace, ready to get started 🚀


Step 6: You've now successfully logged into your Caimera workspace
