How to Access Your Caimera Account Using an Email Invite Link
When your team admin adds you to a Caimera workspace, you'll receive an email invitation to get you started. This guide walks you through accepting that invite and signing into your workspace for the first time, the whole process takes under two minutes.
Step 1: Open your invite email
Open your inbox and find the email titled "You have been invited to join a Caimera workspace."

Step 2: Review and accept the invitation
After accepting the invitation, you'll be redirected to a confirmation screen displaying the workspace name and the email address the invitation was sent to. If all the details are correct, click Accept Invitation to join the workspace.

Step 3: Set up your profile
Click Accept Invitation. You'll be taken to the onboarding page, where you'll be prompted to set up your profile. Enter your name, then click Next to continue.

Step 4: Start using your workspace
That’s it! You’ll be taken to your workspace, ready to get started 🚀

Need help?
Can’t find the email?
- Check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Search for “Caimera” or “You have been invited to join a Caimera workspace”.
- Confirm with your admin which email address they used.
Invite link not working?
- Invite links are valid for 7 days from the date it was sent. If your link has expired, ask your workspace admin to send a new invitation or reach out to us at contact@caimera.ai, we'll help you join the workspace with a new invite link or login credentials.
- Each link is tied to your email and should not be shared with others.
