How to Change your Caimera Workspace Password

Changing your Caimera workspace password is quick and straightforward. Whether you've forgotten your current password or simply want to update it for security purposes, this guide walks you through the full process using Caimera's OTP-based verification flow. This should take less than 2 minutes to complete.

Follow the steps shown below to reset or change your Caimera workspace password:

Step 1: On https://app.caimera.ai, click on ‘Forgot Password’

Step 1: Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page.

Step 2: Enter your email address and click on ‘Send Email OTP’

Step 2: Enter your email address and click “Send Email OTP.”

Step 3: An OTP will be sent to your registered email to verify your email address.

Step 3: Check your inbox for the OTP sent to your registered email.

Step 4: Use the OTP received on email to verify your email address.

Step 4: Open the email and locate the OTP for verification.

Step 5: Enter the OTP received and click on ‘Verify email address’

Step 5: Enter the OTP and click “Verify email address.”

Step 6: Reset your password and click on ‘Reset Password’.Your password is now reset.

Step 6: Set a new password and click “Reset Password.”

Step 7: Sign into by entering your email and updated password and click on ‘Login’.

Step 7: Log in using your email and new password.
