How to Upgrade / Downgrade your Plan
As your business evolves, your platform requirements will likely change right along with it. Whether you are scaling up or upgrading to access more features or scaling back to better fit your current usage, managing your subscription is quick and straightforward. This guide will walk you through the exact steps to seamlessly upgrade or downgrade your plan so you always have the right tools for your team.
Step 1: From the left side panel, navigate to the Settings page.

Step 2: Click on 'Manage Subscription'

Step 3: Click on 'Update Subscription'

Step 4: Select the plan you'd like to upgrade / downgrade to and click on 'Continue'.

Step 5: Confirm your plan updates and review the plan proration amount and billing date and click 'Confirm'

Once you confirm your new plan, your account limits will update automatically, and any prorated charges or credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.
Upgrade / Downgrade Proration Scenarios
Scenario 1: Upgrade Plan (Same Billing Period)
Scenario: You want to upgrade from MINI ($15/month) to STARTER ($45/month) on day 10 of a 30-day cycle.
Calculation:
- Used 10 days at $15: $5
- Remaining 20 days at $45: $30
- Total charge: $35
- Additional charge: $35 - $15 = $20
What you pay: Charged an additional $20 immediately.
Scenario 2: Upgrade to Yearly from Monthly
Scenario: You want to switch from MINI Monthly ($15/month) to MINI Yearly ($156/year) on day 10.
Calculation:
- Credit for unused 20 days: $10
- Full yearly charge: $156
- Net charge: $156 - $10 = $146
What you pay: Charged $146 immediately, billing changes to yearly.
Scenario 3: Monthly Upgrade
Scenario: You upgrade from STARTER (350 credits) to PRO (1,000 credits) on day 15 of a 30-day cycle.
Calculation:
- Credits to revoke (15 unused days of STARTER): 175 credits
- Credits to grant (15 days of PRO): 500 credits
- Net change: +325 credits
What you get: Credit balance increases by 325 credits immediately.
Scenario 4: Monthly Downgrade
Scenario: You downgrade from PRO (1,000 credits) to STARTER (350 credits) on day 5.
Calculation:
- Credits to revoke (25 unused days of PRO): 834 credits
- Credits to grant (25 days of STARTER): 292 credits
- Net change: -542 credits
What you get: Credit balance decreases by 542 credits.
