How to Update your payment method

There are a few common situations where you may need to update your payment details on Caimera:

  • Your recent subscription payment failed or your account shows a "Fix payment method” banner.
  • Your card has expired or is about to expire.
  • You’ve received a new card from your bank (lost, stolen, or reissued).
  • You want to switch to a different card or update billing details for internal finance/compliance.

In these cases, updating your payment information ensures your subscription stays active and your team can continue using Caimera without interruptions.


Follow these steps to update your payment method and information:


Step 1: Click on 'Fix Payment Method'


Step 2: Open the payment settings


Step 3: Click on 'Update Payment Method'



Step 4: Click on 'Add payment method' and click on 'Continue'


Step 5: Enter the new payment details and click 'Continue'


Once updated successfully, future subscription renewals will be charged to your new payment method.
