How Can I Add More Users to My Workspace?
How can I add a team member to my workspace? / How can I add a seat to my subscription plan?
You can add more users to your Caimera workspace by purchasing additional seats on your subscription plan
Q: What is a seat?
A: A seat is a single user account that can be used to generate images on Caimera.
Each person on your team who needs to log in and use Caimera should have their own seat.
Q: How does billing work for the seats I purchase?
A: If you're on the Starter plan, the workspace is billed at 45$ for each teammate, you will get 350 credits per user per month.
Billing for the seats purchased after the subscription has already started works on a proration basis. Learn more proration here.
Q: Who can add seats or invite users?
A: Only the workspace admin can:
- Purchase additional seats
- Invite new users to join the workspace
To check who the admin is, open the Caimera app and go to the Settings page of your workspace.
How to add seats and invite team members
Follow these steps from inside the Caimera app to complete purchasing seats / adding users to your workspace:
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Settings' page from the left side panel

Step 2: Use the '+' icon to increase the number of seats you want to purchase in addition to the 1 seat you already have.

Step 3: Click on 'Add 2 seats'.

Step 4: Confirm your seat purchase and complete payment for the 2 additional seats.

Step 5: Invite team members by clicking on 'Invite Users'

Next Steps
- Each invited team member will receive an email invitation to join your workspace.
- Team members must you the link received in the email to join your workspace.
Removing / Deleting Users:
Step 1: Navigate to the 'Settings' page from the left side panel.

Step 2: In the “Manage and add team members to your workspace” section, click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon next to the member you want to remove.

Step 3: Select “Remove member” button to proceed.

Step 4: If the user has generated images or video assets in your Caimera workspace, you’ll need to transfer them to another user. Select the target email from the dropdown to assign ownership of these assets.

Step 5: Once the transfer email is selected, click “Remove user” button to complete the process.
