Manual Mask vs Auto Mask

When to draw the mask manually

Auto mask is not working correctly, the product does not change. Try drawing a mask manually which is slightly larger around the edges to give the AI a bit more freedom to correctly add the product
The boundaries of your product are wrong. For example the dress should be knee length but the generated dress is shorter.
The face, hands or other details are changing. The automated mask may be including the face hands or other details that you do not want to change

How to draw the mask manually

| Do not draw over hands or toes, this can distort the hands and toes and will require manual correction later

||| Do not draw a very large mask as this can cause a 'halo' effect with a different background color.

Selecting a Product Image

Select a product image with a pose that is most similar to the pose and the framing of the generated image. The fewer changes the AI has to make, the more accurate the product will be.

Supported Product Categories on Fluid

Supported Fluid Categories

Caimera is built and focused on garment and apparel categories. It works well for solids, large prints and placement prints. Fine detailed prints, ribbed textures, denim may not work the best. We recommend using click for these types of products. Read more about types of garments supported here

Shoes, Bags and Accessories

These products also work well in Fluid, but have similar limitations with regards to texture and very fine print. Additionally keep in mind, if that the accessories constitute a very small part of the image. eg a very distant photo of shoes, the AI will have difficulty recreating it with enough detail.

Jewellery and Cosmetics

Jewellery and cosmetics are not supported with Fluid. We recommend using Click.

Cars, Appliances and Others

These categories with rigid body types also work fairly well. Draw a larger mask using the Try-On Tool to give the AI more freedom to generate. The size/perspective of the product will need to be estimated by the user.

Q: When do credits expire?

A: Credits expire at the end of the month. You can purchase more credits at any time. Purchased credits never expire.

Q: What does unlimited generations mean? What is your fair usage policy?

A: Unlimited generations means no more stressing about credits and tokens! Create as many images as you like. If you hit your daily limit of 200 prompts, you'll be moved to a slower queue.

Q: Do you offer editing or photoshop services?

A: Generative AI is amazing, but we know it's not there yet. We offer support services to edit garment details. Fix hands, toes and other inconsistencies.

Q: What is a seat?

A: A seat is a single user account that can be used to generate images. You can share a seat with your team members. If you need to add more seats, you can do so from the account page.

Q: How do I cancel my plan?

A: You can cancel your plan any time from the account page. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You can continue to use the service until the end of the billing cycle.

Q: What kind of support is available for Caimera Starter?

A: We provide support over email and chat with a 24 hr response time. Pro plan users get 1:1 training and support from our prompting team.

Q: Will I get 100% accuracy on my products?

Input image guidelines for Fluid

Accepted Answer

To ensure the best possible results for your, here are some guidelines when adding your products:

Number of input images: A minimum of three images showcasing a variety of poses. This allows you to select the pose that most closely matches your own for the try-on.
Lighting: Bright, even lighting is essential. Use either studio lighting or outdoor lighting with a high-contrast or white backdrop.
Resolution: Images must be at least 1K resolution and upto 4K resolution.
Garment preparation: The garment should be well-ironed and styled as you'd like it to appear in the final output (e.g., tucked in or out, paired with desired pants you want in the output).
Hand placement: For model or mannequin shots, hands should be kept at the sides and not on top of the garment.
Acceptable image types: Mannequin shots, model shots, and flat lays are all acceptable, provided that garment details are clear in the flat lay images. (For example, a strappy dress on the floor may not be clear, as the placement of the straps would be ambiguous).

The draw tool can be used to:

Remove unwanted elements in the background.
Add accessories like simple hoop earrings, bags. You can also use the draw tool's reference image feature to upload an image of the desired element and adjust the strength of the reference image to increase similarity.
Cover slits in dresses that don't have slits by using the prompt "dress fabric."
Increase the length of garments.
