Q: Why do I credits?
A: Credits are tokens required to perform certain actions on Caimera. Learn more about Credits Usage.
Q: When do credits expire? / What happens to my unused credits?
A: Unused credits never expire and will roll over. You can roll over an unlimited number of credits as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel your subscription, your credits will remain available until the end of your current billing cycle. Once that billing cycle completes and your subscription ends, any remaining credits will be lost.
Q: What does unlimited generations mean? What is your fair usage policy?
A: Unlimited image generation is available on the Editorial Images tool across all plans except the Mini plan, once a product is added. Unlimited generations means no more stressing about credits and tokens! Create as many images as you like.
Q: Do you offer editing or photoshop services?
A: While AI is amazing, we know it's not perfect yet. Fine elements like embroidery, small text, logos, jewelry, and specific prints, hands, toes, sizing, and other inconsistencies are still a challenge not just for Caimera, but across most AI tools. This is an industry-wide limitation that often requires manual post-production to achieve perfect accuracy. In fact, it’s a standard step we follow even in our Full Service workflows for brands like Steve Madden and H&M.
To assist with these fine details, you can easily submit post-production requests directly within the app using our "Request Photoshop" feature (available on Pro and Enterprise plans only). You can learn more about these plans here: https://www.caimera.ai/pricing
Q: What is a seat?
A: A seat represents a single user account used to generate images. You can assign seats to your team members, or add more seats at any time directly from your Settings page.
Q: How do I cancel my plan?
A: You can cancel your plan any time from the Settings page. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You can continue to use the service until the end of the billing cycle.
Q: How do I change (upgrade/downgrade) my plan?

Q: What kind of support is available for Caimera Starter?
A: We provide support over email and chat with a 24 hour response time. Pro plan users get 1:1 training and support from our support team.
Q: Will I get 100% accuracy on my products?
A: We offer three different tools that provide varying levels of accuracy. The Model/Background Swap tool is best for complex prints and PDP pages where garment accuracy is critical. For solid colors, medium prints, and lifestyle shots, our Editorial Images tool works incredibly well. Finally, the Flatlay to Catalog tool is ideal for solid colors and clean catalog imagery.
Q: What happens to my credits if I change my plan?
A: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, you existing credits will continue to be valid until they're used. Additional credits based on your new plan will be credited during upgrade. Read our article on Proration to know more
Q: What category of products are currently supported?

Q: How can I add a team member to my workspace? / How can I add a seat to my subscription plan?
A: You can add a team member to your workspace by purchasing a seat from the Settings page. This article walks you through the exact steps: https://help.caimera.ai/en/article/how-can-i-add-more-users-to-my-workspace-jpraub/
Once the seat is added, simply send the invitation to your team member, and they can join by accepting it. Your billing will automatically update to reflect the active seats. If you run into any issues, let us know at contact@caimera.ai!
Q: Do I get 100 image generations on the Mini plan on a daily basis or monthly?
A: On our $15 Mini plan, you get 100 Editorial Image generations to use inside the Editorial tool for edits, storyboards, or creating image variations. If you burn through those 100 images but still have remaining credits on your account, don't worry! You can still fully access our other tools, such as Model/Background Swap, Flatlay to Catalog, Image to Video, Sketch to Image, and the Resizing/Padding tools.
Q: How do I get a free trial?
A: To get started, you can activate your free trial by logging into https://app.caimera.ai/, creating a workspace, and selecting the Free Plan ($0) from our Pricing Page here: https://www.caimera.ai/pricing. You will receive 50 one-time credits to explore all of our tools, no credit card required! This gives you full access to test out our tools and see how the app fits into your workflow.
Q: Where do I apply my coupon code?

Q: Am I eligible for a subscription refund?
A: You may be eligible for a refund of your most recent subscription renewal if all of the following conditions are met:
- You contact Support within 7-days of your subscription renewal date.
- No credits have been used after the renewal.
- The refund request is for only the latest billing cycle..
Please note that refund requests are reviewed based on these eligibility criteria.
Q: What subscription refund requests are not eligible?
A: Refund requests are generally not eligible if:
- The request includes multiple previous subscription renewals. Only the most recent renewal may be considered for a refund.
- Credits from the most recent renewal have already been used. In this case, the subscription is considered consumed and cannot be refunded. You can continue using the remaining subscription benefits until the current billing cycle ends or cancel to prevent future renewals.
- The refund request is submitted after the eligible 7-day refund window following the most recent subscription renewal.
