Q: When do credits expire?
A: Credits expire at the end of the month. You can purchase more credits at any time. Extra credits purchased credits roll over until they're used.
Q: What does unlimited generations mean? What is your fair usage policy?
A: Unlimited generations means no more stressing about credits and tokens! Create as many images as you like. If you hit your daily limit of 200 prompts, you'll be moved to a slower queue.
Q: Do you offer editing or photoshop services?
A: Generative AI is amazing, but we know it's not there yet. We offer support services to edit garment details on the Pro plan and offer fixes for hands, toes and other inconsistencies.
Q: What is a seat?
A: A seat is a single user account that can be used to generate images. You can share a seat with your team members. If you need to add more seats, you can do so from the account page.
Q: How do I cancel my plan?
A: You can cancel your plan any time from the account page. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You can continue to use the service until the end of the billing cycle.
Q: How do I change (upgrade/downgrade) my plan?
A: You can change your plan any time from the Settings page of your workspace.
Q: What kind of support is available for Caimera Starter?
A: We provide support over email and chat with a 24 hour response time. Pro plan users get 1:1 training and support from our prompting team.
Q: Will I get 100% accuracy on my products?
A: We offer two different technologies that provide varying levels of accuracy. Model/Background Swap tool or Click is suitable for prints and PDP pages where garment accuracy is important. The Editorial Images tool (Fluid) works well for solids and editorial images. The Flatlay to Catalog tools works well for solids and catalog images.
Q: What happens to my credits if I change my plan?
A: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, you existing credits will continue to be valid based on their expiry date. Additional credits based on your new plan will be credited during upgrade. Downgrades are applicable from the next billing cycle.
Q: What category of products are currently supported?
A: Caimera is expanding on solutions beyond the fashion apparel industry. This includes home appliances, beauty & personal care products, F&B products, jewelry and accessories. Drop us a message at contact@caimera.ai to discuss your needs in depth.
Q: How can I add a team member to my workspace? / How can I add a seat to my subscription plan?
A: You can share the email addresses of the team members you want to add to you workspace and we'll send them an invite them to join your workspace.
If you're on the Starter plan, the workspace is billed at 45$ for each teammate, you will get 350 credits per user per month.
The billing cycle will update from next month, you might need to reauthorize the card.
Team member can login with the same email that you logged in with by using the "Login with email" button on the app signup page.
You'll receive a verification link which you can share with your teammates and they'll be login.
Q: Do I get 200 image generations on the Mini plan on a daily basis or monthly?
A: On the Mini ($15 plan) you get 200 Editorial Image generations. These are images generated on the Editorial tool only. If your 200 Editorial Images are consumed and you still have credits, you'll be able to use other Caimera tools like Model/background swap tool, Flatlay to Catalog, Image to Video, Sketch to Image, Resizing and Padding tools.
