Seeds

In AI image generation, images are generated from random noise and a "seed" is a numerical value that guides the AI model to produce a specific image from a given prompt. It acts as a starting point for the random number generator, enabling users to create variations of an image by using the same seed with slight adjustments to the prompt. This maintains a consistent style or theme across different iterations.

Keep the same seed value when: You are happy with the model, pose, and background. Using the same seed with the same prompt and settings will consistently produce the same image, which is helpful for experimentation and fine-tuning.
You want consistent faces across images and products (given the same prompt).

Change the seed value when:
You are starting to generate images for a new product. Changing the seed value allows you to explore different image variations based on the same prompt, helping you find the best seed that gives you the ideal model and background.

Example scenario:

Imagine you want to generate an image of a model sitting on a chair. You input the prompt "a model sitting on a chair" and use a specific seed number. The AI will generate an image based on that seed. Using the same seed again with the same prompt will produce a very similar image. To try different variations of the model's pose or background, you can change the seed number while keeping the prompt the same.
