Prompt Presets: Save Your Own Prompts and Reuse Them Across Your Workspace

If your team types the same edit instruction over and over — "make a model wear the garment", "make it a side view pose", "change to a studio backdrop" — you can save it once as a prompt preset and reuse it in one click. Presets are shared with your whole workspace, so everyone edits with the same wording.

Where to find your presets

Step 1: Open any tool with an Edit tab and look at the prompt box.

Step 1: Open Edit Image tab in any tool

Step 2: Hover the preset icon in the prompt box. The popup shows two things:

  • Your prompt presets — the reusable instructions saved for your workspace.
  • Your 5 most recent prompts — the last five prompts you typed, so you can re-use one instantly.

Step 2: The prompt box with the preset icon hovered, showing presets and recent prompts

Using a preset

To run one preset: click it and the prompt box fills with that instruction. Edit the wording if you want, then generate as usual.

Run one preset

To run several at once: select multiple presets. Each one runs as its own separate edit in a single click — so picking three presets gives you three edits to compare, not one merged instruction.

This is the fastest way to try several fixes on the same image at once, rather than running them one after another.

Saving your own prompt as a preset

You do not create presets from a blank form — you save the ones you have already used.

Step 1: Type and run the prompt as normal, so it lands in your recent prompts.

Step 1: Recent prompts

Step 2: Hover the preset icon to open the popup and find the prompt in the recents list.

Step 2: Bookmark the preset

Step 3: Click the bookmark icon next to it. The prompt is saved as a preset for your whole workspace.

(optional): Choose to limit the preset to the page you are on. Use this when a prompt only makes sense in one tool — a catalog-specific instruction, for example — so it does not clutter the list everywhere else.

Step 3: Saved Preset

Managing your workspace's presets

Go to Settings Page: https://app.caimera.ai/settings → Prompt Presets to see every preset your workspace has saved, and to rename or remove them.

Presets are workspace-wide. Anything you save is visible to your teammates, and anything they save is visible to you — so keep the wording clear enough for someone else to understand.

Good presets to start with

  • Background fixes — "replace the background with a seamless light grey studio backdrop"
  • Cleanup — "remove the creases from the garment", "fix the hands"
  • Styling — "add gold hoop earrings", "tuck in the shirt"
  • Channel prep — the exact crop-and-clean instruction your marketplace requires
