Q: How do I proceed further if I'm stuck because an OTP code wasn't received? 
A: On the OTP screen, select **‘Skip Saving Card’**—this lets you proceed without verification.

Q: I'm unable to create or start using my account. It keeps redirecting me to the payment section. I’m a member of Ecommerce Equation, and I’ve already applied the discount code. I believe we’re entitled to a 1-month free trial plus 20% off the monthly subscription as EE members.
A: Yes the coupon code has been applied. You still need to provide a credit card to proceed. You can cancel your subscription during the trial period at any time. 

Q: Where can I add the the coupon code I received to try Caimera? 
A: You can add your coupon code once you click on "I have a coupon code" to avail the offer.
