# How to Update your payment method

There are a few common situations where you may need to update your payment details on Caimera:
* Your recent subscription payment failed or your account shows a "Fix payment method” banner.
* Your card has expired or is about to expire.
* You’ve received a new card from your bank (lost, stolen, or reissued).
* You want to switch to a different card or update billing details for internal finance/compliance.
In these cases, updating your payment information ensures your subscription stays active and your team can continue using Caimera without interruptions.

Follow these steps to update your payment method and information:

Once updated successfully, future subscription renewals will be charged to your new payment method.
